You can use vinegar and a paper towelto clean up the letters. The vinegar dries without showing a "wet area" to worry about. Nice box for my collection of hats, too.
do your offset then node edit one side to remove the short side and extend to the top or just leave the block offset all the way around it won’t hurt anything

Second question is what type of wood did you use?
1/4” birch plywood
I'm attempting to design this in LB as you go. On the side pieces, the offset, how do you do just the three sides for the offset?
