Little Chris and Papa Tomar were at Toys R Us in electronics when Chris spotted this game, looked up to Tomar, eye's twice their normal size, and begged for a half an hour before Jaxxy finally made Tomar buy it for the little guy.
Than he spat up on himself in excitement
“Prease” as Chris continues. “Prease Datty Tomar, would you buy this game? I wuv Star Wars. I promise I’ll beat it”
Tomar rubbed one big dandruff off of the top of his head and decided to buy it for him
He looked upwards for the approval of his rad jewish god and saw a big finger pointing right at the bald spot on his extraordinary knee.
Tomar knew what he needed to do and bourght the wholesome game for little Chris.

I think he was going to use their deaths to justify action. Or maybe he knew Japanese business man aliens not so good at killing Jedi? Or maybe, just maybe, he didn't send them at all, and it was just the council and the then current chancellor. Also force future vision and more plot holes than a block of cheese in this mother fucker. The writing of the films is not the greatest, not why people love the movies.
