Hate to say but you made a mistake in the fuel straining check. You drained both tanks into the same container and checked them together.
Lets say you now look and see a water bubble at the bottom, which tank is it from? You need to check them individually, one at a time.
Hi Andrew! A good point to bring up, but also not really a mistake. If a water bubble is observed, you can then drain each tank individually to identify which one it is from. Draining them individually initially is also a perfectly acceptable way to go about it. Thanks for your comment 👏👏
