@@NeonColored it will be a problem if he gets nerfed and can come back. Smolder is probably the most toxic champion ever, I think I've never seen something like this. He stacks like Nasus and Veigar, but has an almost no cooldown aoe thats not a skill shot, has mobility, and an execute. Cant understand how someone thought this was a good idea for the game.
@@DrMundo92There's definitely been far worse releases than Smolder. He still needs late game to viable and although really strong, he's still counterable. Sett on the other hand, easily takes the cake for most toxic champ ever released. Dude was literally played top/jung/mid/support. He could be full tank, full ad, bruiser, MOVEMENT SPEED JUNGLE, or support hybrid ms/tank, and carry every game, and that's in pro league and solo queue. He's nerfed now and decent now, but he was probably the worst release ever made.

cant react to that tbh. that lethality arrow just deleted smolder. he was also debuffed by rumble's oblivion orb and varus' serpents fang after that arrow hit. even if they did shield or heal, him those elder ticks will probably just kill him anyway.

They didn't react in time and they probably didn't expect that arrow to deal 1.5k damage. That's my point. And even IF they reacted in time anyway, smolder is most probably dead because of the anti-heal, anti-shield debuffs and elder dot. It's a very slim chance for that smolder to survive. The only way he could've survived that is thru dodging/flash.

Smolder was dead the moment arrow hit,that hit already triggered elder execute,there was just small delay in animation,you can see execute threshold on his hp bar,arrow hit that so his death was confirmed,only zonya would have saved him there.There was maybe few ms of time where Peter could have healed but unless he anticipated that arrow hitting there was zero chance he could have reacted in time.
He was out of range, too, it's not global heal unlike soraka.

I actually believe, smolder is a threat to the game right now. Him negating a 10k gold lead and stalling the game for 30min was outrageous, frustrating, boring to watch and at the end just seemed unfair.
In Magic The Gathering a principle is used to trigger bans and can be summed up like "something hasard to be done when the game becomes unfun or a card allows you to play the game without interacting with pour opponent" and we juste watched it
