वाइन बनकर तैयार होने पर वाइन शक्कर मुक्त हो जाती हैं दरअसल वाइन बनाने के लिए फर्मेंटेशन की आवश्यकता होती है Yeast यानी खमीर अंजाम देता हैं फर्मेंटेशन को।
मीठा खमीर का भोजन हैं, खमीर वाइन में मौजूद फल की मिठास व किसी भी रूप में डाली गई मिठास के अंतिम कतरे तक को खाने तक फर्मेंट करता रहता हैं और अल्कोहल का उत्पादन करता हैं।
मधुमेह से पीड़ित व्यक्ति को दूध और दूध से बने प्रत्येक वस्तुओं को जैसी की दही, लस्सी (मट्ठा/सीत), घी, मक्खन, पनीर, खोया, दूध की बनी चाय / कॉफी और अंडा मांस मच्छी का तुरंत त्याग कर देना चाहिए।

Kismis add kr dejeye 10 se 15 saath mein thoda sa fruit bhi add kr dejeye.
Jaldi clean ho iske leye aadhe papete ka chilka add kejeye.
Kal subha tak fermentation shru na ho tuo yeast add kr dejeye ga.
Gravity 90 se jyada na rakheye .... Dikkate kum aayegi
