Quick Tip for A-120 is that when you want to hide from him without a closet. You should hug and face yourself against the wall in the direction where he's coming from (The next Door)
Modifier suggestion: Last Will
Your will after death is to live peacefully and donate to your relatives
Modifiers include:
1.Last Breath
2.Good Time
3. El Goblino Payday
4.Out Of Stuff
5. Room for More
Optional:

With just Electrical Work and I'm Tip-Toein' Here, you got an unbeatable game.

And I'd also like to recommend you a series of modifiers which I carefully chose so that you're forced to rely on mainly visual cues (and for that reason I'd recommend you not using Room For More with this set).
I suppose I should give it a name, so let it be the Visual Cues Challenge:
- Soundproofing
- Jammin'
- Rush Hour
- I'm Tip-Toein' Here
- Itchy
- Nosey
- Back for Seconds
- Roundabout
I'd appreciate you considering this and keep in mind that you can always change or tweak it a little bit (by removing Room For More and Again & Again & Again). Just make sure to not remove Soundproofing, Jammin', Tip-Toein' or Itchy (the essay about the reasons is below).
Soundproofing is kinda obvious, you can't rely on sounds at door 50 or 100 so you're forced to either wait for guiding light or just stumble upon them. Jammin' obscures most sounds (but not completely) and idk why but it gives off an odd feeling: it's spooky yet sorta relaxing at the same time. Tip-Toein' makes Rush a bit more scary imo, seeing it silently go by you while there's a 'peaceful music', playing in the background, is something you really gotta see by yourself. While testing it I found out Timothy could actually make an interesting threat (so much so it might force you to get the skeleton key for the plant); I think one of the reasons is that you're forced to always look and see, and when Timothy just jumps into your face it really impresses you (at least based on my experience).
Rooms For More would make it much more difficult (A-60 and A-120), but you can always put it too if you really wanna go for a complete Visual Cues Chaos. Else, you can still put Stop Right There, but you better have a quick reaction time.
Three more interesting things are Ambush, Figure, and the Greenhouse. I won't spoil these as it'd ruin the experience, but just know you should not put Again & Again & Again but rather Back for Seconds, and you should stop by the Courtyard and plan out what you're gonna do for the Greenhouse.
Edit: If you wanna spice things up you can put Bad Time (Worst Time Ever doesn't fit well imo).
I really like where this new editing is going. 👍
Oh, also since Eyes was buffed to spawn faster, how about this modifier set making Eyes even more annoying than it already is now...
- Bad Ventilation
- Lights Out
- Four Eyes (or Always Watching / Seeing Double)
- Last Breath (or Last Few Breaths)
You'd have to carefully maneuver both you and your own eyes around the place to avoid looking at Eyes, also not knowing where they could be in these rooms. (You'll also occasionally find Screech, as well as the other entities that you'll find in your normal modifier set.)
I'd really like to see this in Part 8 if you do decide to do my suggestion during the Community Corner segment.
