The person who did that to Rawlings is Nana Addo under Kuffuor's regime when he was Foreign minister. An immigration officer at Kotoka International Airport could not stand the sight of Rawlings in the queue with other passengers, and tried to step out of his desk to Rawling to help process him. Rawling had to ask the officer to go do his work it was reported to have happened. Some people befriend you just to take you 'out'.
