    You all need to stop comparing yourself to these people. The kids are trying to make a difference in their lives, to make themselves healthier BECAUSE THEY AREN'T. All of the results are a great achievement for them no one cares how fast you can run a mile or how many pull-ups you can do.

      They didn’t even do the Sit Ups, Pull Ups, & Push Ups correctly. He was on his knees doing push ups and he still got less than me at 12 doing proper form push ups, at 12 I weighed around 116lbs and was 5’5 so I was not underweight neither overweight and got 45 ACTUAL push ups, I cannot stress that the form was actual good not shitty, also the Pull Ups where just jumping and holding the bar, if she could do 79 Pull Ups she would probably have a bodybuilder back.

      @@imjay5455 I'm not getting "pressed" about this it's just that you should really stop comparing yourself to these kids because they have a different weight than you. They're not expected to do 100 pushups or 10 pullups at their weight but what they're doing, they're actually trying and I bet if you had the same weight as them you wouldnt be able to get out of bed. And also, if you have nothing nice to say like encouraging comments, then you should shut up and mind your business.

      @@imjay5455 when you are starting to exercising, you shouldn't immediately jump to excercises you can't do properly. Instead, you should modify that exercise to still burn fat, but build form. For example, if you can't do a single pushup, doing pushups on your knees could be an alternative.

    I feel proud that at about age 14 I could run 3km in 11-13 minutes. I googled 1 mile, it’s equals 1.6km. Mum says I should start running again.

      Knee push ups will lead to what we consider standard push ups . It’s better to build up to a standard push up from what I’ve seen from training stuff if you can’t do a regular one.

      Modified pushups don’t work the pectorals or core only triceps so it’s literally doing nothing because if you can’t hold a plank you can’t do a push-up

    I started me weight loss journey when I was 14 I’m 15 and loss 35 pounds an my mile is now is a 6.22 min I got those results by exercises with proper form not jumping pull ups

      Deom man I'm 15 I used to weight 175 I wiegh 157 I think I used to weight 173 but I'm 5 4. 5 5 I can do a pull up but on the mile I can get 7:38 idk about know because of Christmas break but sekm you can get 6 minutes that awesome dude my goal is to get 6 minutesy brother that's in the Marines can run the mile in 5:11 hella fast

    they're doing great, but those are NOT pull ups. it's not testing any strength, it's just jumping :( also, you may want to only count the sit ups if their hands are on their heads or chest, if you're arms are there it's more momentum from your arms pulling you up then your abs. wishing them best of luck 💗

    My first mike run took 13 minuet but after working out losing weight I can actually run a mile without being out of breath in 6 minutes 35 seconds instead of walking most the way.

    Y'all need to stop complaining about the pull ups and push ups. The show adjusted it so that the kids could achieve their goal. If they were to do it properly it would be so unmotivational and unrealistic. The trainers and everyone are making them fitter one step at a time. Soon they will be able to do it all properly but they need to work their way up to it

    Ngl kinda feel bad they were doing much longer than a shuttle run it was double what u are supposed to do that's why the average time is so fast
