    This is great, A bit of role play can really help people figure out where they are in the process. Keep up the great work.     Or the classic: starting disciplianry action after you have handed in your notice, when you will no longer be an employee by the time the grievance and appeals processes could be completed.

    Thanks for Your Vids-I Didn't get a Response from my 1st Grievance for 3Months then Raised a 2nd....My ET Case is End of September-The Employers Drag their Feet and Don't Expect Most Employees to think about takin Employers to Tribunal

    Can you mention tribunal? Won't that lead to being sacked for breaching employment contract?

    Sadly you cant do shit about this since this covers under unfair dismissal and you should have worked for 2 years as per ET judges
