Thanks for the nice comments. That’s not a line, that is the Rincon parkway, basically they are parrallel parking/camping spots that go for like a mile or more. It’s boondocking, but it’s all waterfront camping, but you are right on Pacific Coast Hwy, but up there there isn’t much traffic. You book the spots online just like Hobson. Happy Camping !

We were able to find some days open here and there as people canceled, but they open the booking like 6 months in advance online.
