Cauliflower is so delicious that you can cook it at least every day. This cauliflower recipe was taught to me by my beloved grandfather! It's very easy and incredibly delicious. RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
1 onion. 4 cloves of garlic.
Thyme.
Black pepper. Salt. Olive oil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Write even if you don't like it! ;-)
Be sure to clean the thyme sprigs.
Vegetable broth 800 ml. / 4 cups.
You can use meat broth!
The broth must be very hot.
Make a puree with a blender.
Parsely.
It's very tasty and easy!
1 cauliflower.
We should get 2 of these pieces.
salt 1/2 tablespoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 6 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion over medium heat.
1 lemon.
We need lemon zest.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon.
Sweet mustard 1 tablespoon.
Let's add lemon juice.
Cool the cauliflower.
Vegetable broth 1 teaspoon.
Cream 100 ml. / 1/2 cup.
Cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Flour 3-4 tablespoons.
2 eggs.
Salt.
breadcrumbs.
sunflower oil.

Fry for 3-5 minutes on both sides.
Mix the sauce with a blender.
When the sauce is thick, add some water.

Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass der Blumenkohl auch direkt aus dem Ofen sehr lecker ist. Dann hat man noch was zu beißen 😉.
Ob er aber gar ist (kein Zusatz von Flüssigkeit in den Backofen geschoben, nur etwas Olivenöl) 🤔, vielleicht wird deswegen hinterher die "sehr heiße" Brühe hinzugefügt?
@@lydouchkadurand8757 Ich habe es gestern gemacht! Blumenkohlstücke 5 Minuten in kochendem Wasser, besser Dampf,vorgaren, mit gehacktem Knoblauch, den Zwiebeln, Salz und Pfeffer und dem Thymian mit reichlich Olivenöl etwas marinieren, dann im Ofen wie beschrieben garen. Es war köstlich 😊😋😋. LG

@@lydouchkadurand8757 BK kann man sogar auch völlig roh essen.
Und al dente schmeckt er ohnehin besser als weich gekocht.
@Dritter Weltkrieg Wie oft suche ich vergeblich den Blumenkohl, den ich übrigens gern als Ganzes, also nicht zerteilt kurz aufkoche, dann mit einer etwas aufgewärmten Paniermehl-Butter-Mischung bestreut genieße, den aber jemand anders schon roh verputzt hat... 😐es schmeckt in der Tat auch roh 👍 Meine Bemerkung bezog sich ursprünglich auf das hier gezeigte Rezept. Blumekohlauflauf ist auch lecker 🌝 Danke für die Anregung und noch einen schönen Tag !
