Thank you for this video I’ve just come out of hospital with pneumonia & I was breathless tonight & my heart was racing while climbing the stairs . I will definitely try these breathing exercises to climb the stairs.

I have very bad emphysema and at a point this starts getting harder and harder because of volume of air left i learn alot but it doesn't work after a certain point trying to get valves or reduction surgery or something im at my end being alone any suggestions hmu
Some things that help; pursed lip breathing, pulmonary rehab, using inhalers, the valves, working on leg strength. Check out my other videos on breathing!
