We traveled from Queenstown to the Southern most cape of New Zealand, Bluff by road. We were surprised knowing that the South Pole was just 4000km from Bluff. We can even call this place the Kanyakumari of New Zealand. I learnt how to fill fuel without anybodys help while traveling all alone. Our last day at New Zealand, an unforgettable and mesmerizing trip.
ക്വീൻസ്ടൗണിൽ നിന്നും ന്യൂസിലൻഡിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും തെക്കേയറ്റത്തെ മുനമ്പിലേക്ക് ഒരു റോഡ് ട്രിപ്പ്. ബ്ലഫ്‌ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ആ മുനമ്പിൽ നിന്നും നാലായിരത്തോളം കിലോമീറ്റർ ദൂരമേയുള്ളൂ ദക്ഷിണ ധ്രുവത്തിലേക്കെന്നുള്ള വസ്തുത ഞങ്ങളെ അതിശയിപ്പിച്ചു. വേണമെങ്കിൽ ന്യൂസിലൻഡിലെ കന്യാകുമാരിയെന്ന് ഈ സ്ഥലത്തെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാം. യാത്രയ്ക്കിടയിൽ ആരുടെയും സഹായമില്ലാതെ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് വണ്ടിയിൽ പെട്രോളടിക്കുവാനും ഞാൻ പഠിച്ചു. എന്തായാലും ന്യൂസിലൻഡിലെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ അവസാന ദിവസത്തെ യാത്ര അവിസ്മരണീയമായിരുന്നു.
