The first comment you made was about her hair so you should watch the mv for Last night story by IU, she’s more blonde there and with bangs 😅 also The Shower mv by IU, its the debut of girl group IU (3 iu singing). btw you mentioned that the sound is diff from kpop its because IU has released 2 albums called A Flower bookmark where she remakes old korean songs (70’s 80’s 90’s) and I recommend Meaning of You, With a determined to forget you, autumn morning etc. all of it 😅 its my fave albums from Iu because it has excellent folk and retro music

She is my one and only Kpop idol! IU is just such a phenomenal singer. She does not need any gimmick to sound like that. It's a god given talent which she has honed to perfection. Stick her in front of a microphone, make sure her voice is front and center and let her rip!!!! She never disappoints. I bow to this Queen!!!

Aaron Freeman only youtuber I trust in terms of reacting to IU'S video's or content, but I just want to say that one reason why Korean loved her was because of her lyrics she make in a poetic way so some translation of her songs made by a fan is not an official, so when you reacted tp others subtitles of her song that is not official or not came from her is I didn't like that much but loved your honest reaction, thoughts and I understand you just want to know the lyrics behind💘I really wished I can understand Korean so I will be able to understand deeply her song she want to convey. So most of the musicians are a bit more just "the band". For example the keyboardist Hong SoJin not only does IU's concert tours, she arranges some of IU songs (including this song (w/the guitarist Jukjae)). They have arranged more than a couple of IU songs together and separately) She also does a bit of composing and producing (for others including Stella Jang, Jung Seung-hwan ). HSJ also does the same sort of all-over work (recording, gigging, etc) and more of it, for Crush and Sam Kim. She also played for Taeyeon's shortened most recent arena tour as "concert-master". The drummer is also involved w/most of the artists I mentioned. I may give info about Jukjae on a later one of your posts. He has been heavily involved w/IU for a number of years.
