That's next level talent. It's like a mini cathedral. I don't know how you're able to drill those long holes by hand and keep them straight enough to meet at both ends.
That's quite a good compliment! A mini cathedral. That's all I could ask for! I drilled a hole in a thick block on the drillpress, then used that as a guide to start the holes. The first drill bit was a long one that could go all the way through.

what a joy it is found your channel your furniture is this absolutely stunning and gorgeous in every possible way truly the mark of a great craftsman to say the least I would say genius level your workshop is amazing but it's the very fact that you know how to use those tools is even more amazing and I'm picking up different techniques and Learning although I can expire but I'll never reach your level not by a long shot but it is fun to dream

You could add fold out legs under the permanent tops to allow even more leafs to be added and no flimsiness you pointed out when fully extended

Gorgeous table, looks more like architecture than woodworking! If I might humbly suggest - voiceovers are great but I might trim the direct shots of you talking into the camera. Keep my focus on the wood and the intricate details, please!!
That's what I was going for! Gothic architecture.... NAILED IT. haha. Thanks for your insight. The decision is hard, a lot of people like this editing style, so I may cut back a touch on the face time, but not eliminate it.

I never liked beading on furniture until this with its arches reminded me of Quake3 arena, now I love it!
Given me an idea for some techniques I need to master too.
I think old architecture with beading and curved lines is inspirational. So I'm glad this project gets you thinking about things you can do too
