Because the way everyone floats turrets you dont get banned for it

It is unlikely if the turret fall when structures fall because it is not floating technically but it looks like it and players will report it. depending on the enforcement agent that gets the report sees the image ect will determine if you get banned or not not all enforcement agents know the game and understand what is happening also they often just ban without investigating.
