You are supposed to lift the lid of the water container for it to open, you don't need to force it like you did, it plastic you can break it. And the same when you have to put the container back, you literally have the images of how to make it glued on the lid. And you didn't even read the instructions,in the first use you have to make a glass just of water for it to clean or I don't remember the reason. And what a waste of capsules... I know that it is for the video but it just a lot

The Espresso setting can be used multiple times with the same capsule. The capsule size doesn't change between Espresso and Lungo. Using a new capsule after 1 Espresso is wasteful.
