The title is misleading, its how pepsi is packed, not made.
I'll tell u how it is made. They mix acids into a tank and send it to a big tank. Then mix the caffeines aspartames, depending on diet, zero, regular, etc then send it to the big tank. Then add the flavorings and send it to the big tank. Then send the rest of the water and HFCS required to fulfill the specs of the batch and then the tank stirs it and it sits until it's time to run when it gets mixed with water and CO2. 😬

My dad used to work at Pepsi, at a can plant, and he took me there a few times when I was a kid. This brings back memories! I’ve seen all this back then, It was so amazing! And that was back in the late 80s, early 90s! So, it doesn’t seem to have changed much at all since!

As a twenty year old i worked at Cott beverage, "it's Cott to be good"..besides the non stop clicking of glass bottles, yes, i said glass...it was impressive how the fill line worked...Sadly the local plant closed
yeah i’d imagine so. soda doesn’t go in glass bottles very much anymore, they can get away with outsourcing it to another company, probably a beer bottle company

It's really great to see my favorite drink manufactured, bottled/canned.
I had always found PEPSI products tasting better than Coke counterparts and for this reason, I find Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up, Mountain Dew among my favorites!
Among so many bottles/cans (in a current manufacturing), the destiny of that bottle or can is written that would land up in our shopping basket :-)

7up hasn’t been a pepsi product for decades. Sierra Mist replaced 7up, which is now an RC product.

My Dad worked for Pepsi and I remember going with him into the bottling plant yes that's right Glass bottles. And I loved it. Unfortunately like everything thing else it closed and moved and devastated our family. No income for awhile. But good vibes to this day with Pepsi

Being made and being bottled are two different things. Independent bottlers bottle the soda, they do not make the syrup.

I work for pepsi. During the state of emergency snow storm we had last week in winchester ky I tried and almost wrecked 3 tines trying to get to work. Most of us couldn't make it. Apparently our lives mean less then the money for sure bc we all got write up for missing even tho it was a state of emergency. Never been done this way by a company. Really let us all down

This has become very frustrating We always buy 7up and cream soda for the family, and it's not often we can find either one of them for months. I don't know why as all of cokes products seem to be there. We visit 5 different grocery stores and it's the same every where. I guess it's time to change our preferred brands to your rivals
7up is not a Pepsi product. In the US, at least.

I once worked for a bottler before! One of the hardest jobs I’ve had. I was worked like a Hebrew slave. Didn’t stay too long! Wasn’t the job for me! I still drink the product today! I won’t quit that! Peace.
Coca Cola and Coffee are the two most consumed liquids in the world after water. I guess Pepsi Cola is probably the most consumed liquid after these. It will definitely find a place in the top 5 at least.

I keep seeing comments complaining about this not showing how Pepsi is made. You people do realize that food and beverage company’s recipes are Trade Secrets, right? Why in the hell would they tell you and show you exactly how to make their product?
Sadly, if you look on the side or back of any of the food packages, the companies are required by law to list all of the ingredients in the food item, in order of greatest ingredient to least. What they don't tell you is the measure of each ingredient; thus "The Recipe". And of course, they also don't mention how to combine them, nor what order to combine them in, or specialized equipment you made need to make the product either.

I drink Pepsi, it's good for my upset stomach. I buy Pepsi this pass Sunday the 5th. It's a regular Pepsi but someone has messed up. Because it tastes like it has cherry in the regular Pepsi. Some one needs to check the company that's making mixing up cherry in the regular Pepsi. That's not good. And I know what both taste like. And like wise with VD Milk, I know good milk from bad. Because I drank 4 maybe 5 each week.
