The kshs. 2 b used to renovate state house and the kshs.600 m for DP's house renovation should have been utilised to build decent housing for the police force.
Kshs.1.3 billion allocation to the first and second lady's office's used on poor Kenyan's medical care,a govt with misplaced priorities.
