Except, there is a very suspicious AC unit, which exchanges the air from incubation room and outside environment, and it's air particle filtering capabilities seem dubious - at least on the recording...

1. how much minimum area is neededfor this set up ??
2. how are you disposing liquid waste generated during cleaning of tubes and media etc ??
3. how much capital needed to start basic level microbiology lab. yours seems to be quiet advanced..

my opnion you go for master in microbiology ya chemistry. After BSc u get a job as Lab assistatnt, RA, chemist, Microbiologist but growth is limited.
