Some great tips! Always useful to hear a pro's techniques, especially about compression! :)

The lofi is for distortion? Is the same as saturation kind of?

Lo fi (comes with Pro Tools), like Sans Ampand other ‘Harmonic Saturation’ plug-ins... adds frequency content.
You’re not necessarily going for a distorted sound, but it actually makes things stand out in a mix better. Usually create a 2nd track, add HD and then mix it in .
      Hope that helps 😎

It's funny when I see the hate for rockits, and also see pros using them. They've won every speaker shootout I've watched, even in Warren Huart's latest one. People acted so surprised that they sound so clear, flat, and present. It seems like uneducated/amateur eared gear snobs don't like them because lots of hip hop engineers and producers use them. That's racist homie.😂

Haha yeah I was shocked by that. Just proves the old adage, it's not the gear

Haha, you kids might be even more shocked that a lot of people use rockits because they're sonically clean and present. Warren Huart's latest speaker shootout proves it. But, don't even bother watching it, because your confirmation bias won't listen. Enjoy spending money.🤙🏼
