Liking the videos! It's my first year hunting so I've been trying to soak up as much tips and tricks as possible and your videos are great for that. Went out with a buddy of mine that had a LEH Sheep tag and we managed to get a legal ram in the alpine which was amazing for a first hunt. Been getting skunked ever since on my deer tags though haha
Harvesting a legal ram on your first hunt !! Doesn't get any better than that. I'd say you are already a successful hunter. Now it just comes down to putting the time in, read the forums and soak up as much knowledge as possible. You'll put it all together again soon. Good luck and enjoy being out there.

I agree. I've now been out 3 times. Seen one spike buck that I let walk.. I think it's just been too warm. It should improve here shortly. Grouse and rabbits are always a good consolation prize
Great hunt! We just came back from Mackenzie B.C. last week on a Moose hunt. Saw lots of bears , Blacks and Grizz, and I saw no legal game. My two sons collected a spike Moose and had to pack it out a Klick and a half after dark thirty. No draws this year. Back in the Okanagan now looking to fill tags!

Been living in Kamloops 18 years now I’m kinda jealous seeing some the countryside you’re finding … I guess I’m going to need to explore a little more!! I do have a question about the little heater that you use in your canopy… clearly you are still alive and making videos so you haven’t died of CO poisoning. What brand of heater is that ? Anyway keep the hunt alive man , awesome job !
Just did the exact same hunt just a day or two ahead of you guys. Came back out on the 23rd. Lol same parking spot. Same hike and basins glassed. Drank from the same stream with a lifestraw. Haha Such an amazing hike. Ours came to the same conclusion as you guys. Good luck on the next one!
Really enjoy your videos. A couple weeks back my dad and I went out and got his bull moose in SW Alberta, about 5 miles north of Waterton Park. Best of luck for the rest of your season!
Looked a lot like my goat hunt a couple weeks ago, haha...everything looked perfect, but no critters. Goats we did see were on the ridge on the top of the highest peak across the valley and there just wasn't going to be the time to make a play on them...could have used a directional arrow 🤣🤣 Thats hunting though! Good luck the rest of the season gents!
Nice content! Id love to do a hike in hunt one day. Was lucky to get my first bear this season out in Region 5. We think he was over 400 pounds! No luck finding deer yet though.
Congrats on the bruin ! Bears have become one of my favorite animals to hunt. Also some of the best eating in my opinion. Jalapeno and cheddar smokies 👌. Good luck on the deer tag
hey man, got a 4 point and a fall black bear so far on our first hunt. i have a LEH moose that we won...... lots of pressure as this is only my second year hunting. Went scouting like 10 times to the region that we won it in. But to no avail. My friend is pretty sure that we get one i am in hopes that we do. Keep up the content love your vids its inspirational.

looks awesome, what rifle sling/strap is your buddy using to have it strapped out front like that?
I have a kifaru gun bearer on my pack. I believe Spencer is using a Kuiu gun sling. They are very similar. I do like and recommend them. Pretty handy.

Hey Chris. I was using a mystery ranch Metcalf and my brother borrowed my Kuiu 6800 . Both great packs. Kuiu gets the nod tho
