      @@RamiroFregoso yeah i always factor in a little negotiation, the bang for buck seems fair in todays market as opposed to many seeming like theyre trying to take advantage of todays market, im hoping it will come back down in the future and thats most likely when ill pull the trigger. i see a lot of the viewers gripes and i feel bad for you because they act like youre the one pricing these homes also being from hawaii and knowing a house like that in my hometown would be 800k

    This is a nice starter home for a family but why does DR Horton insist on having 1 sink in the master AND 1 sink for the other 3 rooms to share? Makes 0 sense, I understand it’s a cost factor but most people would choose to pay for that upgrade if available. How much could it be?

      Unfortunately you can’t. Yeah anytime a community has 6 or more homes it will have an HOA

      @@RamiroFregoso i agree with the above comment. maybe not 200k, but not almost 400. i would say 275k is fair. i was just in vegas on vacation and drive to aliante casino and passed by dr horton tulane or something like that. it was a nice area, i will say that. anyway this home in particular, super, ultra cheap bathrooms. that stuff is all cheap from lowe's. no tile shower. that one shower with 2 benches, there's barely any place to stand. cheap fixtures and vanity. bedrooms are all very small with small closets, no built-ins. there's just nothing special or unique about it. narrow hallways, tight turns. that's a movers nightmare. i don't like there's no nice entryway, its just a stairway to your right. there's no dining room. small space for a table only in the corner. cheap vinyl plank flooring. i mean it's just an ultra low cost home for the builder to make a nice profit on. i bet they double their money per unit, or close to it. not really a good buy in my opinion.
