1991 318is with M50 NV swap.
Currently open header. It needs a 6 cylinder coding plug for the tachometer to be accurate.

can you plis tell me which wires did you connect to the m50 harness for your tachometer to work

Hey buddy, it has been a while since I did the swap, but you need to connect the BLACK wire from the engine harness to the BLACK wire of the body harness. Right at the adapter plug, very easy!
