This phenomenal song was first performed by the legendary Simon and Garfunkel. 'The Sound Of Silence' was later reborn when Disturbed released their own hard rock rendition. Through the guidance of Rick Benbow and Mike Wilbury at www.yoursoundtube.com Jadyn has developed her own interpretation of this iconic tune. Rick Benbow arranged the perfect instrumental accompaniment with Sina and Mike completing the drum and guitars. The combination of the elements gives this song the smooth tone of the original as well as the 'edge' of the version performed by Disturbed.

Yes this is a generational ballad. I'm 62 and this is one of the greats. Great rendition by a young lady.
It is a generational thing which is where this performance falls flat. No understanding, no emotion, no intensity which is why disturbed version was so great. There's a big difference in performing verse singing the words. She's young still she'll learn

I am now 66 and still remember hearing this song for the first time and I was entranced. I bought the album the following day. Jadyn, you did it beautifully young lady, well done. I have been a blues and rock vocalist since I was around 16 years old and still performing today so I always appreciate great vocals. What is the sound of silence? Celebrities are God's for some. Silence is sometimes louder than a scream. Words written on subway walls and tenement hall walls sometimes have deep meaning. Simon and Garfield made a masterpiece. Masterpieces get redone many times and are timeless.

I'm 70+ heard it when it came out by Simon and Garfunkle in the 60s have heard several remakes to include dysturbeds version! Loved everyone even sang the song many times myself you knocked it out of the park girl! The message of the song is just astoundingly prophetic!
