FIRST TIME My GT Black Series and SLS BS Together! | SHMUSEUM VLOG 24

- For the first time, both of my resprayed AMG Black Series' are together! The Solarbeam GT Black Series and Mystic Blue SLS Black Series looks insane side by side, but first we've got a lot of errands going on at The Shmuseum!
There's a lot on the agenda, but immediately is taking the V8 Vantage Roadster to Godleman's for an annual MOT. Next the SLS Black Series goes to Whoops for a wheel fix up as they've taken a battering over the last year and a half. Before we then meet up with Turbo Transport for the GT Black Series reveal in Solarbeam.

The Solar Beam bootlid looks absolutely spot on. So clean, elegant and brutal! Way better than the black lid

Just a theory or an idea but would suggest painting the C63 AMG Black Series in Magmabeam Orange..... since the launch colour of the C63 AMG BS was Solarbeam Yellow, but now the AMG GT BS is in Solarbeam, why not paint the C63 in the launch colour of the GT BS?

I think wrapping would be a better idea than painting. It's cheaper and Tim already said this isn't going to be a permanent car in his collection.
@@IsDitGerben Why would the C63 not be permanent? There's no reason to sell it as there are no substitutes. He wants to grow his AMG collection

Entertaining vlog. Good choice as it differentiates the museum channel from the 150 channel. The guys are doing a good job of the behind the scenes. A great way to churn out extra content without overloading Tim. The wheel choice was spot on. The two cars are stunning together.
Petition for more shots of the cars like 19:53. It really gives a sense of how cool the cars look in real life

When you have a spare pair of GTC4 Lusso wheels the only reasonable think to do to buy another GTC4 Lusso. I would LOVE to see that.

I think this is the best video I’ve seen so far on the Shmuseum channel, great presenting and awesome content.
It would be cool to go with mystic blue brake calipers on the new AMG GT Black Series, to compliment the SLS Black, which is mystic blue with gold calipers.

doesn't really make sense, the BS is yellow not gold. Matching is also about put different colors and config working together.

I really think I like the Shmuseum channel more than the main channel - I still like that of course, but I feel like this gives us a true look at the day to day operations involved in maintaining a collection - it really takes a team, there's no way 1 or 2 people could manage this

I reckon you guys need a staff or company car to run errands and suchlike. I suggest a really well spec'd Land Rover Defender. It's a cool thing, will work in all weather and would make a good towing vehicle.
SLS wheels look much better. The satin was too heavy previously, almost looked like a primer finish. Now perfect 👍🏼
Has the problem with the sls being down on power been resolved with the new ecu?
They won't know until it's back on the same dyno
