- Recently while attending Zapcon 2022 in Mesa Arizona I came across a booth hosted by Haruman's Customs highlighting his CNC cut to perfection DIY Bartop and Countertop Arcade Kits to make the "mini" Multicade of your Arcade Dreams! I was so impressed with the look and shape of the cabinet and quality of the build and controls I couldn't help myself and had to purchase this completed Mod Project to add to my Home Arcade Collection. In this video we review this product and also show you the various custom DIY project kits available from Haruman's Customs!

Seems like a nice well built kit. Kits are always more expensive but not every one has the time or skill to build from scratch.

First, thank you for sharing this. Then the disappointment set in when what I'd have to get is a kit. I'm like you, I'd like a fully assembled machine, so I can just plug it in and play. However, if I did pick up something like this, it would have to come with a monitor with great viewing angles and great picture quality. I'll pay the extra $100 to $200 for quality, and it probably wouldn't be that high for monitors in the 15 inch to 17 inch range. Still, I'm glad there are companies out there like this. If there wasn't, I would've never got my Berzerk cabinet. I'm so impressed with modders and the things they create. Modding hasn't been an interest of mine, and now that I'm at that point in my life where I just want to sit down and game, no fuss, no muss, I just don't have an itch to build and tinker anymore. I'm glad there's companies out there to fit all styles :)

Just like you, I am no good with wood. I can do all the other stuff. Wiring, software and design.

Very nice. Unfortunately, I don't have the time or skills to go looking for a monitor , pcb boards, Donkey Kong side art, etc to put all that together.
If they offered an option where they would install all that stuff for you, I would be interested for sure.

Id put a real nintendo stick and buttons in that. Sanwa feels weird on Donkey Kong. You need leaf switch. Specifically a nintendo stick.

Pdubs I got no skills.for modding. I'd like a completed d.k. cab if they sell one. Would you ever consider selling your completed d.k. cab? I'd be very interested
