Don't Fix What Ain't Broken - UpdateScape 5/15/24

With the latch batch of changes to the Hunter Rumor system, the Hunt masters actually spread well throughout the available animals they can send you on. Just wish this was thought of a bit better before launch instead of changing the content and making players reset their block lists three times.
Oh, yeah. It's also another deja-vu week with tweaks to Project Rebalance: Skilling and other Varlamore changes as well.
