There will be only a High Speed Train from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore within 20 years if things get lucky. Sorry to say that but you won't see a HSR from KL to China let alone Shanghai within a generation.
@@hhc9013 That is about the time it takes for California to have HSR. Embarrassing because our state is supposed to be the 5th largest economy in the world and so tech advanced.
I think China is looking at medium speed rail links through Vietnam.
@@annew.1look at the humongous debts China incurred for building the HSR. They are losing HUGE amount of money yearly and is big ticking time bomb fiscally. But of course they will not tell you in the propaganda.
