Try and use wired internet, the connection is usually more consistent. Also if you are struggling, upgrade the data rate of your internet along with getting wired internet. I upgraded my internet from the 1.5 Mb/sec lite package to the 15 Mb/sec standard package. I do much better now. It shouldn't cost that much more.
