Dear Chef Deena ji & Mrs.Thangam mami, Many thanks for making this traditional recipe popular. This dish is almost like ennai kaththikkai except that we add tamarind & coconut for rasavaangi. My wife used to steam the stuffed brinjals instead of shallow frying to reduce oil usage. Ideal dish for 2/3 days travel.
