The shinigami lantern is available all year round, watch a youtube tutorial on how to beat jigoku if your not sure how to get there or how to beat it. However although the shinigami lantern is still here the shiniachi ones are gone as they were limited lanterns from 2021 and 2023

Make sure to play chap 1 book 1 on nightmare so the red guy had a higher chance of spawning also you may wanna play with more ppl
In chapter 1 when you walk into the locker room he should be on your left in the corner. Tip you have a better chance of finding him in nightmare mode
