So far a few days later I can conclude that implementing boundaries on myself I’m not to look at old messages or photos, nor am I to message him or look at his social media that’s how I can take responsibility for my life. If thoughts arise of him, I’ve started exercising on my core and on my power muscles, the legs, the bum and the brain. I have also subscribed to an app that has books I can listen to, also while exercising and the books are empowerment books and for me around business because I am building a business, but it could be on a goal that you want to accomplish. So I’m improving my physical and mental health and this empowers my emotional health.

Yes, so accurate! This person lied, kicked me when i was down, engaged in a smear campaign, abandoned me and left me stranded, emotionally abused me as well. Now they want back in. I dont need this anymore even though my love is unconditional, but i dont like them or trust them. Feel stuck at having to give in somewhat because of other family connections. If it was a simpler connection, they'd be cut off for good. Trust is completely broken, and I don't see them earning it back even if i let them in. They want back in for themselves...always selfish motives. I see behind the mask now, toxic person. They project their behaviour onto me through bad mouthing me since I cut them off two years ago. I am their scapegoat. The real issues they have are not with me. Until the real issues are addressed, i do not see this scenario changing. If others were not involved (that i love), i would never consider them in my life ever again. Still trying not to, but certain circumstances are causing the need to revisit this situation. I am not perfect, but i am a loving , honest, kind and unselfish , giving person and never, ever deserved the brunt of their anger, lies, manipulations, triangulations, hurt, jealousy, insecurities, and the projection of their own behaviour and faults and wrongdoings. They are a covert narcissist. Toxic and horrible for my empathic self. I saw the mask slip and their eyes are black. At the very worst time in my life, they took full advantage of this and kicked me while i was at my lowest, verbally, mentally and emotionally abused me, then abandonned me and left me broken and stranded. They smirked at causing this. They laughed. They tried to break me. As a one time thing during turmoil and crisis, i could get past it, but knowing whats behind the mask , no i cant. I am strongv again, i am pisces and resilliant, and spiritually strong. I got back up and fought hard to do so, but now they want to come back. I know better, but there are other ppl that I love involved that dont know any better. Suggestions anyone?
