First Apollo 440 CD I've bought. And it made me go back and buy Millennium Fever. Then there was no return, I'm bound to A440's music for the rest of my life.

500 grams of mackerel, half a teaspoon of peppercorns, half a teaspoon salt, 1/2 to 3/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, bay leaves, half a teaspoon of MSG, 1 whole finely chopped onion, 3 cloves of garlic chopped, 2 tbsp. chopped ginger, 2 red hot chili peppers. Combine all ingredients and let boil in low heat for 25-30 mins. Serve with rice. We call this dish Paksyo(paksiw). I am writing this up because I was so high one time and made this dish while this track was on the background on loop. Since then, I call it "Paksyo of the gods".
