I'd vote for Wolfos and Poes, for Wolfos you could have them roam the overworld that lead wolf packs thar are around 5 in numbers and don't flee from a killed wolf. Have it be twice as big as a normal wolf and the best way to kill it being its back like shooting it from behind with a bow (which is their weakness from OOT and MM. Drops would be Wolfos Claws, Wolfos Fangs and some type of meat. Maybe throw in White Wolfos for Hebra, a Desert type for Gerudo and normal types for everywhere else.
Poes on the other hand would be great dungeon bosses, since Poes are spirits of hatred, imagine a Malice Poe, a ghost that roams the area and can both vanish at times and shoot out fire from a lamp at Link, to kill it you would need to shoot the hidden Malice eye located on it and after defeating it, certain sections blocked by Malice open up.

I really miss the undead enemies in Zelda. I'm an honestly shocked there were no Poes or ReDeads in Breath of the Wild. Can you imagine a malice infused ReDead, Wall/Floormaster or DeadHand having a grab at you once night hit (and on a bloodmoon at that)? If I'm not mistaken, Poes had lingering attachments to the world before death, and considering the Kingdom of Hyrule was wiped out.. it'd make sense to even see your standard Stal-enemies that were once people defending the Kingdom. It'd be not only creepy, but a sad state to see your fellow knights in.
Based on your "BotW could have been much darker" video, I'm really hoping for a dark Zelda on the scale of Breath.

I kinda missed poes too, but I'd rather have TP's aesthetic variant in botw at least. I mean you could cut back the number of Korok seeds by half - you only need that many to fully expand all inventory slots, and just fill in the rest with poes. Or the aliens from Majora's Mask roaming the fields at night, primarily near the stables with cows. To me this would be rewarded with different horse gear or rare weapon/shield/bow that's otherwise very hard to come by, rupees becoming the default reward after getting the other possible rewards. Doing all the major spawn points should get you an armor set. I dunno, I feel that would've been better way to get some of the more exclusive stuff rather than locking them away behind amiibo.

I actually have an entire list of enemies I wanna see BotW style:
Let's start small with minor enemies such as Skulltula, Dekubabas and Tektites, as these alongside other staple enemies were sorely missing in BotW, even if they would've been as simple to defeat as Keese.
Now, onto the big hunks of cheese:
    *Helmasaur:*
Giant rock lizard with a protective mask and whipping tail, what more could you ask for? Further, aspects like King Dodongo's weakness to bombs or Rupee shards on the monster's body could be implemented for more complexity and potential bonuses.
    *Stalfos:*
Just having Stal enemies isn't gonna cut it, we need the real deal! Just like in the past, Stalfos need to be well-armed, careful and skilled, and you kill them the classic way by first knocking them down and then blowing them up with a bomb. A mix between perhaps OoT's and SS's Stalfos would fit.
    *Eyegore:*
Cyclops golem with a laser eye, 'nuff said.
    *Floormaster:*
Considering BotW system, Floormasters could be absolutely vicious in this format, being able to hide in their portals and grabbing and utilizing anything they can find, ranging from basics objects like rocks and pots, over weapons Link could also use to even enemies, in the same fashion BotW's Moblin's throw Bokoblins. How their iconic trick of grabbing you and sending you who-knows-where would work, I do not know, but that would probably only work with legit dungeons involved, anyway.
And to end things off on a classic note:
    *Like Like:*
Like Likes and Rupee Likes could literally hide all over the place, and in a BotW format, steal all sorts of equipment and resources from you. If that doesn't make you want to be cautious around anything sitting in plain sight, I don't know what will.

Dark Nuts or Iron Knuckles would have been a great addition to the Hyrule Castle area, and since the next one is probably going to have more substantial dungeons, I hope we see something like them there.
The lack of any creepy enemies was pretty notable. It would have been great to go into forest areas and find poes, or even skulltulas. If the next game were more spooky in general, it'd be neat to see something like the Anubis from OoT return.

I think the Mothula would be a very good addition to the next Zelda game. Having last been seen in Wind Waker, I think, would make a pretty cool enemy. They can spawn little larva creatures that could crawl around as beasties of their own. They could also blast flame. Because they're bugs, they could even hide up in the trees and camouflage themselves so they look like a bunch of leaves. When Link gets too close or he hit a tree with an axe (assuming you're able to do that in the next game) they fly up and out of the trees, or they could drop down onto Link while he's under them.
Anti-fairies could be a pretty cool enemy to revive as well. It could not only steal your stamina or cause you to be unable to draw your sword, but they could also slow down your stamina regeneration, stop it completely, or have it drain slowly for a couple of seconds so it'd be riskier to fight them or use stamina related abilities. Perhaps even other enemies could summon them if they get ahold of an anti-fairy in a bottle. Then of course, hitting one with a boomerang instantly turns them to fairies.

I stand firmly resolved that redeads and gibdos should be in botw 2. Maybe they should ditch the obnoxious freeze the game when you see them and replace that mechanic with perhaps removing access to your bow, stamina wheel, and should reduce your attack and walk speed in half whil'st slowly draining your health with their blood curdling scream and stare until you kill them. It would do so much to add extra creepiness to certain areas. Imagine if botw's castle town was swarming with these, perhaps you could find a harder varient of redead that had Hyrulian armour equiped. Perhaps in the Akalla citadel?

    • @thesardonicrenegade3065

He’s so badass looking, and I really got my hopes up when an early screenshot of a divine dragon was leaked and I thought you were gonna fight the ocarina of time boss on top of a volcano or something. Vires- Cool idea, Perhaps they could be tied to those flocks of keese from BotW some how?
Darknuts- About twice Link's size, and typically come in groups of 2-4. Highly armed and armored, They should be strong (but a far cry from Lynel-strong) and rely solely on melee attacks.
Iron Knuckle- Seperate from the Darknut, Pretty much the giant knight boss from your video.
I think some better foot soldiers might be in order for the next Zelda game:
Bulblin- These guys have the versatility of a Lynel, but the strength of Bokoblin. They are fairly weak but they are well-armed and always come in groups, each also caries a melee weapon and a bow. They will employ a number of coordinated tactics against Link.
Bulblin Captain- A Big Bulblin that is protected by a phalanx of normal Bulblins with spears, The Captain has a large weapon (Two Handed for for Link) and shield. He also has a bugle which will summon near by monsters to come fight.
