Ever since I saw people being bullied in my school all I wanted to do was protect them. I'd brawl for so long just to protect an innocent kid. I picked up martial arts to learn how to fight but it taught me so much wisdom that opened my eyes. Showed me there's more than just nonsensical violence. I want to learn Wing Chun and I'm definitely going to practice everyday, as I don't really have a lot of money I can't seem to afford your training courses. I'll practice all these beginner lessons and hopefully If I will be able to get money one day, I'll buy the course. For financial reasons I've never been able to join any sect or any clubs in my country as they charge too much. I seek to benefit my health from such an art. Thank you for teaching me at least something if not the paid courses. Much respect!

+random I heard once that maybe picking up martial arts you should wait a little longer, till you're around 17-18 cause by then your bones would have reached peak growth and once you start there you'll go up and up and the only thing that's stopping you is you. Cause currently based on our modern lifestyle we're kinda lazy if you know what i'm saying. So wait a little longer and do exercises like jogging running push-ups and etc okay? Don't rush into this kinds of things. It takes a lot of time.

If you really study the first 13 lessons that Master Wong is teaching here and take time to master each lesson and get every move down for Bata over the next 6 months, myself being a 7th degree black belt would not want to fight you.

Ever since I was a young teen I've dreamed about learning Wing Chun. I have loved kung fu and martial arts almost my entire life even as a young boy watching Bruce Lee movies and jumping around kicking in the air. First of all I would like to thank you so very much for making these videos and helping others as well as spreading the beautiful art of Wing Chun. Secondly I look forward to watching every video you have on the teachings of Wing Chun. Most of what I've known I have self taught through constantly examining many different arts and learning them the best I can paying attention to what feels right and flows correctly. I'm no master, though I am willing and able to apply everything I have in myself to learn more. As well your instructions are great, and very detailed especially the emphasis on why you may move or stand or turn this or that way, I absolutely love it! Again thank you so very much for your consideration of passing down Wing Chun!

Thank you Sifu Wong for spreading the beautiful art of Wing Chung to the world. While these exercises by themselves may not seem important, they all work together towards a common and synergistic purpose of elevating the human body to it's highest potential. While it is best to learn hands on with a trained instructor, many people around the world do not have access to such training. This is the next best thing and can possibly save someone's life.

First I want to thank Master Wong for the wonderful videos When i started studying martial arts years ago we started the same way, stance training and footwork, and we were told to practice every day as much as we could. So this brings back great memories, and I am enjying the Wing Chun System very much and will be studying as a long distance student in this art. Great videos and for those new, you will be sore for a while, you knees will ache, but in time it will end and your legs will be stronger, so do as the Master says and follow all his instruction. You need to build your body up before you can more on, so take your time and work hard.

I'm a complete noob when it comes to martial arts knowledge. I'm just researching a style to learn. This playlist has about 60 videos and what not. So I guess I'll learn wing chun because a lot ofmaterial is here. I just don't want to go off and try to learn something else, but it's not as detailed.

Well my friend, then you need to give Wing Chun a try ... im already training with these lessons for almost 4 years doing solo drills, the first form ( Siu Lim Tao ) and also sparring sometimes with friends. Master Wong is one of the best here on youtube, there are other masters teaching online but Wong is the best one in my opinion. Good Luck :)

I have decided to give this a go.
it seems more friendly than the more static horse stance trying (ma bu) , due to slight disposition of my knees.
I'll get back to you on this.

***** you practice as long as you like and as much as you like. You know how much training your body can cope with. Every one trains differently. You can do one every day, or 5 every day. All depends on you.

Hehehe i asked myself this too .. master Wong's wing chun system is a different and '' modern '' fighting system tho .. his lineage still a secret but many people think its the Pan Nam lineage because the forms are the same .. but in Master Wong we can trust , he is one of the best masters out there who is teaching online and giving this awesome content to the people :)
