Where can you purchase that cardboard the crickets are housed in wholesale? I could only find it for $3 per unit and I'm sure it's significantly cheaper somewhere

What type/kind of crickets do you farm?

Hello. How you keep the farms heated. As far as I know, insects require high temparature?

Probably a really high energy bill.

Even in places such at South Madagascar, Entomo Farms is spearheading efforts to supply areas that need sustainable sources of nutrients that do not even have access to electricity, where everybody even gathers in the market (nearby sources of electricity, i am guessing). Check out IPSIO’s website. They may have a process that explains your question!

If you are going to say sustainability, you need to give the whole picture. Cow may drink more water and eat more, however, you don't mention the manure and urine benefits as fertilizer...yet you mentioned the cricket manure as a fertilizer. Do an apples to apples comparison. Then come back with the real data. I not against eating insects. However, it's only fair to give a true picture. Cramming into small boxes and living within 15 mins of everything may be thought of as sustainable living, but that is not way to live. The wealthy won't live that way, but they want everyone else to so they can have wide open spaces all to themselves.
