I just showed this to my dad and he enjoyed it. Pancho's was his favorite restaurant - we used to go every weekend to the one on Veteran's. "2 Amigos" in Kenner opened up about two years ago and is owned by former managers of that Veteran's Pancho's and is just like Pancho's - except they have a light that you click instead of the flag.

Pancho’s was based here in Dallas. Their food wasn’t the best Tex-Mex, but it was affordable! Slowly their restaurants closed. I think the last was in Jeff Davis shopping center in Oak Cliff. It’s gone now too.

Memories of going to Pancho's in Houston, there used to be one on 59 and Bissonnet across from what was once Westwood Mall. While we still have some other locations left in the Houston area, that particular one is the one I miss the most.

I LOVED Pancho's. I went there a lot when I lived in St. Bernard, and then on Airline (in Metairie) after Katrina. Still miss it today.

Hey Chris, the one in Metairie was one of my favorite all time places to eat. I remember being a young kid and eating at the one downtown in the city when they first opened in New Orleans. The lines were so long and we would wait over an hour, but it was worth it, the hot sopapillas were the best. Sure miss Pancho's too, what a shame it "Ain't There (dere) No More"" :)
