- Day 3 & Day 4 traveling along the Pan America Pan highway to Costa Rica.
In this video we visit Chiriqui's Secret Beach, this beach is one of the most beautiful that I have visited in Panama and in Central America in general, it is easily accessible, and there are plenty of things to do apart from simply taking in the gorgeous view and playing in the waves. Las Lajas is 12km long, the shoreline seems to go on endlessly, accompanied by a line of majestic palms.
Where is it?
Playa Las Lajas sits on Panama’s Pacific coast in the southern region of Chiriqui province.
Day 4 we then travel to David.
San José de David, or David, is the capital of Chiriquí Province, in western Panama. In leafy Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park, vendors sell ice cream and crafts.

It is kind of strange having to show your passport to enjoy the beach. Definitely worth it. It’s beautiful. You guys have the beach all to yourself. Breakfast looks yummy 🤤 beach days are so much fun

In Peru "Laja" means a flat piece of stone . Probably same thing in Panama. The local peruvian market has a very famous kind of laja that comes from Arequipa. Southern Region of Peru -> Laja Arequipeña
