Do you have a phone number for fulext? I’ve had these for a year and love them, BUT the battery is no longer holding charge for longer than 3 hours, I wake at night and have no ability to still listen. Very frustrating. Tried to contact them, amazon gave me the wrong number to call and I can’t seem to locate a number. thanks
