I FAILED but my client WON! Teacher Transfer - Allowed.

The WBCSSC (west bengal central school service commission) denied transfer to my client on the ground that another teacher applied for transfer on the self same school and my client's rank was second in respect of both the school and therefore no transfer was possible.
The WBCSSC filed two reports in first report it said the application of the other teacher is pending before DI but in second report it said that the application of the other teacher was made around 6 months after the application of my client and also said the application is before commission which is contrary to the first report and also that the commission could not take a call due to suspension of the portal while the date on which the application reached the commission was way before the portal was suspended.
I desperately tried to bring this to the notice of the Court but not only i was rebuffed but I felt dejected the way the Hon'ble Court came down upon me for trying to do the right thing. This kind of discouragement from the Hon'ble Court can break the morale of any young advocate.
