Welcome to Chiang Mai Montessori International School.
We are the oldest genuine Montessori school in northern Thailand and the only one following the ‘AMI’ tradition. The school opened in 2010 and we are proud to offer Chiang Mai families an excellent alternative to the mainstream international schools in the city.
At present, our school serves children from age 18 months to 12 years old, and we are planning to expand our farm school, middle school in August 2022.
This is the drop-off/ pick-up area. Here the parents say goodbye for the day and the children are allowed to walk by themselves or with friends through the garden to class.
All the classrooms, studios, casas have been designed with children’s learning in mind and are surrounded by trees and plants. Each Casa is a stand alone building with large windows and high ceilings allowing for maximum wind-flow and natural light. The school is designed to look friendly, home-like and a fun and enjoyable place to learn and play.
