    Ingredients
    1:baisan (gram flour)1 cup
    2:aata (wheat flour)2 cup
    3:namak(salt)1 tsp/or to taste
    4:lal Mirch (Red chilli powder)1 tbs
    5:Haldi (Turmeric powder)1 tsp
    6:Anar dana (pomegranate seed)1 tbs crushed
    7:Dhania (coriander seed) crushed 1tbs
    8:sabz mirch (Green chilli)chopped 2 medium
    9:zeera (cumin seeds)1 tbs
    10:pyaz(onion)1 medium slice
    11:Fresh Dhania (coriander fresh)as Required
    12:paani (water)as Required
    13:oli (for Frying)

    step1:In bowl add Gram flour,wheat flour,salt,Red chilli powder ,Pomegranate seeds,coriander seeds,fresh coriander,onion,green chilli,Turmeric powder,cumin seeds, and add water mix knead well.
    step2:the consistency should be soft.it helps if you knead it with a wet hand.
    step3:cover and rest dough for 15 minutes.
    step4:Flatten the ball sprinkle some wheat flour to the dough ball.
    step5:Roll the balls with the help of rolling pin into a flat round circle.
    step6:put the beasni roti on tawa.
    step7:First cook on side apply ghee turn and cook the other side.
    serve besani roti with butter
