How do I enable this feature on my current NVR?
When I got to AI function - Parameters I only see four options Face recognition
Face detection
IVS
SMD and when I click on that it shows error of NO CONNECTED CHANNEL
And when I clicked on Face recognition I cannot select any channel from dropdown
Please note that only AI NVR can support this features. Steps are very easy as shown in video
1-Add a camera
2-enable face smart plan
3-enable face detection
4-enable face recognition

Yes you can get data from NVR in the AI search and you can download the data via USB connected with NVR.

using dahua softwares you can download the data in your PC/laptop
