O.M.G, Most satisfying video explanation. Good work big brother it really gives the light to ones knowledge.
Very clear instructions, just what I was looking for to start with.
Most helpful cad video I have seen, thank you for making it! You are providing a great service.
You guys are the best, just keep on with the good work. We love your engineering knowledge, thanks.
Great tutorial and I'm looking forward to learning more 3D.
Cannot believe how easy this was. You know how to tutor. Thank you very much. I subscribed.
Thanks Johann
Hi Jay, another master class from the master CAD himself. Look forward to more tutorials in both 3D and 2D.
Thanks Songoku :)
Thank you so much bro, you are a saviour 🥺 !!! I was tired searching for how to remove that intersecting part of one pipe inside another pipe. But I didn't have any idea that it is done through slicing process, and luckily I found your video. Now, I can complete my project bcoz of u. ❤
Excellent! I will recommend your channel to everyone who will desire to learn AutoCAD. In Shaa ALLAH.
Thanks for the video, helped me alot.
I'm new to 3D designing in CAD.
Clear and concise. Excellent!
The most simple tutorial i watched ..👍👍👍👍Thanx a lot
I would say You are a great guy and your videos are rich with knowledge n techniques so THANK YOU SO MUCH for your efforts and Always I look for your videos
Thanks again
good

I'm happy to see your tutorial. Thanks to do this type of project. and make us another video.
Very well explained, thank you for sharing your knowledge.
You are an absolute legend, this is exactly what I needed to know. Thank you!
The best of all 3D concerning Coordinate systems , handling views and dealing with the slice command; actually it is a package 3D tutorial.
initially I took more time to understand this slice cmmnd. finally I've learned.but I won't be forgotten. thanks bro.
Hi, thanks for the tutorial video, it is really helpful for beginners like me!
how do you keep bringing up that little selection window when you click on the geometry?
Wow, it is amazing what you have done in such a short time here...
thanks sir, I am a beginner in this field ,very useful and your video give me a confidence
Thank you so so so much.... I just needed the idea of creating a surface to slice two intersecting cones. I learnt so many things just from this video. I am modelling my project in abaqus and the modelling environment is so unnecessarily complex. Hence I need to use a more friendly software like autocad 3D before exporting and analysing. I am glad to have seen your video. Thanks Again!!!!
Very nicely explained - thanks a lot.
Very clear instructions. It is great! Thanks
Some videos of typical model here:

how nice it is..... thank you coz through this I was able to get more techniques and learn a lot...God bless you always!!!!!
Hey Jay,
Why didn't you went for solid extrude from start. You started with surface extrude then thickened it. If I start from solid extrude from beginning of drawing, will it matter or it will be same thing ???
That was wonderful, I like it
Nice work. Good tutorial!
It is very helpful for learner please update more video s thanks for your clear explanation
Its a cool vid. In the beginning you say the units don't matter and use the "default" however everyone's computer isn't set up the same. I opened Autocad and spent 15 mins trying to get past the first line because it went so far off the drawing surface that I couldn't see it or scroll out far enough (because it was 150 'units'). Maybe if we had started with setting up the units I could have made it through more than 1:06 of the video. Sucks because I really need the 3D practice. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I will check out one of your other ones and see if I can follow it.
Great tutorial, thanks. How do you get the steering wheel to remain visible and as displayed in this video?
Thank u again,, each video is very useful& clear
Hi.Its been very long time waiting for your video. Your videos are very useful and very good.
AWESOME TUTORIAL !!!!!!
Great Tutorial bhai.
Sir,This is very good video .Please send more videos of new one .Thanking you sir
such a lovely video.. Understood clearly
Sir,This is the very good video and very useful to all. Please send more videos of new one .Thanking you sir
Thanks Vinayak. I will try to increase the frequency of uploads on SourceCAD.
Most Satisfying video.
Thank you so much and shall practice all the 3D video you made it. Wish you be more and more successful🤩
very nice, I would like to learn much more mainly about all modify tools & commands in easy way to use
Thank you Sir, excellent training video.
This really helped me understand how to orientate the UCS and develop geometry relevant to an obect and also how to trim intersecting hollow objects.
Suscribed😁
quite fast for beginner like me, but im amazed how u operate all the commands.
Its a great pleasure to have you on CZcams, but am new to 3D Modelling, can you please share with me those very first tutorials for beginners like may be the introduction to 2D or 3D Modelling. Thanks.
It is great. thank you
Thank you for explaining, GBU
Hi. Is it possible to divide an irregular 3D object into equal parts using AutoCAD ?
Thank you, bro, you are the genius
very good tutorial , thanks
Thankyou, you for another excellent u tube video. Could you please include the 2D drawing for your followers to practice. Do you have any plan to do Revit tutorials in the future, because CAD gradually will be replaced by Revit. Keep up the good work and god bless you.
It was really helpful...thank you verymuch
Hi! I love the video but I just hope you could explain more on WHY you are using so-and-so functions. THX:)
thanks for uploading....
You are the best, I love your voice
Hello! Your videos are very useful but, i would like for you to post more often since your videos are like a tool for me. :D Thank you!! Keep it up!
Welcome Angel, I will try to add videos more often to channel.
When I use prespull for circles at 6.59 min it becomes totally solid but in your video it Hollow
What I'm missing
Sir..i have a problem with my autocad software..its the 2010 version..the problem is i cant find all the toolbars on the home tab such as surface toolbar, parametric toolbar and also not able to see the View Cube on 3d wireframe ...also not able to see the Drawing number ,view names on the left top corner ..facing alot problems..kindly respond with the solution.
I have never gotten beyone 5:55 where the second slice is performed. It keeps failing. Can you postulate what may be happening? Thank you!
Hi. I can't do the copy(7:30) like you . When I see Z axis and type 138, it gives me wrong result. I had to activate Ortho mode to get there. Can you tell me why ?
what is the diffirence between press pull command and extrusion command?
I have completed this figure on CAD 2021 and it actually worked, though I had to go back many times to his given command. A lot of the commands he did is errorneous in the new version of the program.
hi!, at the minute 13.09 i do exactly what you do to trim the circle lines, but, nothing happens..just a message "the object was not processed by trim"... what can i do?..i will apreciate your support.
this size cm or mm pls tell me
Very nice.
Thank you so much and GOD bless
Hello sir, thank u very much,, in this video how to do orthographic
in "layout" page that triangle flange "details like youre source cad pdf document,,
Hi Jay. Thank you for the help. I had a few issues. when I extruded the circles at the beginning, they came out as solid cylinders and thicken didn't work on them. I also had problems with slice.
have you switched to surface tab before selecting the extrude tool?
Hi Jay, I didn't go to surface previously. Thank you.
Welcome Chris
Thank You Very Much
Can u please provide me the actual drawing of that component.
THANK YOU!
It's amazing..
I can't select the surface
Thanks for the info
Where did that concentric circle came from? @14:10 , can u explain how!!? Other than that everything went good
Start watching from 13:38, two geometries with different radii of internal circles are making that final concentric circle.
nice 👏
this is amazing video
Hello, I am not able to trim the 3 circles in the last object. When I select trim and enter the arcs are not marked and trimmed. What could be the reason?
Thank,
nice tutorial
very nice tutorial
very good work >> txs..
Thanks Mohammed
Thank you so much
What if you already have a piece and you want to make another piece like it is That any easier please come it back in let me know and I only speak English
well done
sajid ali comp DHL
hi sir I saw one of your 3d tutorial which is 3d object can be hide , I mean 2d geometry will remain and 3d part will hide I forgot now I am trying to find that video but failed, please help me
My filet edge curves into the solid instead of outside of it. Is there a way to reverse the direction of the filet?
PLS make sure the pieces are joined -union command- and use filletedge in the solid tab. good luck
For some reason I got the last instruction but now when I go to move the created fixture to the end point it seats at an angle and not flush?
I am unable to understand the question, can you tell the exact time stamp in the video when you have the issue?
Great sir
nice vid man, you`ve helped me a lot....but I have a problem, a made a similar part, but I have a cylinder and acuboid. I wanna make a fillet, but the program made a fillet the wrong way. How can I change the way of the fillet? I don`t know that you understand me, sorry for my bad english.
just solved it, the parts were not joined.
I am glad you figured it out yourself.
well done nice work! but how to render this drawing?
Here is a video related to rendering mechanical drawings in AutoCAD czcams.com/video/_Xqz7s73RK4/video.html
Can i change color after draw?? Or do I need to set it at the beginning..?]
please increase the volume friend, thank you for the excellent tutorial though
Thank you
Easy to follow, BUT, after selecting the second 'Extrude' command and pulling the circle to the line, I have a problem. probably simple but the shaded command shows me two separate tubes, which are not connected as shown here. I have tried it numerous times but can't get it to connect. WHY? Thank you for any useful comments.
Hi Arnold, without any screenshot, it will be difficult for me to tell the exact reason.
@4:41 i selecting circle but the hole dissappearing. I m doing everything right in the video. What is wrong im doing?
select extrude command> get the mouse pointer over the surface and click CTRL key and move the mouse over the surface
hello, i am working in autocad 2017 on mac and selection cycling isn't an option when i click on the gear in the bottom right corner, i cannot figure out how to turn on cycling. any help would be appreciated thank you
Type SELECTIONCYCLING on the command line press enter, type 2 and press enter again. This will activate selection cycling. To deactivate it type SELECTIONCYCLING again press enter and change value to -2
great thank you! one other thing, for snapping the z axis to a specific point i don't see the tool that you are using in the tutorial in my program or even the coordinates toolbar that it's in, I'm not sure if the mac version is just missing that feature, it does have the UCS toolbar
