On another note- I just got diagnosed with POTS and was wondering if you take any medications for your POTS (I understand if you don’t want to share that information)? I was wondering if the medications you take help and if they cause any side effects? I have ME/CFS as well so I’m careful about taking anything new without not knowing much about it. My doctor recommended Metoprolol, Florinef,and Mestinon. He recommended trying them one at a time, and seeing what one works for me. Do you take any of these? I thought I had an inherited heart defect that my mom has, I might have a defect and POTS I’m not sure yet. I’m looking for any helpful advice, because no one in my family has POTS and doctors don’t know much. Sorry for the long comment. ❤
Thank you!! And I do take medications for POTS, I'm on three different ones and some are multiple times a day. But I built up to that many medications and also tried one at a time before I got a regimen that works for me. I haven't been on any of those but I personally haven't had any side effects from the ones that I am on. And no worries on the long comment!! I love them!!
