Saw these cats in 88,in Athens...hitch-hiked back to western NC the same night....I remember thinking,the lead guitarist was a badass(still do)....But Jimmy adds so much to the band.I miss Houser,but damn...They picked the right guy in Jimmy,not to mention,a Carolina boy,and a bluesman.
Hey Now, my 1st was In 88. Loved Mikey, my 1st was In a bar ,3 peeps dancing hard, I was one .met and hugged most of em that night. We talked about Mikey all the way home, grinnin ear to ear.. 100 percent heart and soul!! We all LOVE Jimmy too. For the same reasons. Almost 50 now and still on the bus.. still grinnin to;)
