@@nisargkadam the contents in each invoice. You have extracted only invoice date, invoice number and finally total value alone right. I am asking for the middle portion of the invoice like for example name of the product,quantity, mrp, tax and so.

Hi, Nisarg if we have multiple documents of same format but different position can we train the documents accurately using AI Fabric like if it extracts sample data from pdf1 and it's not able to extract date but at 2nd time will it be able to extract the date from pdf1 if we train the documents.

Yes we can do that with training machine learning model feature. Model is retrainable.

sneha arbole nice question as now there’s only such model for Invoices and not for KYC documents. But it is possible if you develope a custom model

Bot ran without errors, but when validation station pops up, i got red wording: "please select evidence for the field" for Document Type & the 3 fields not extracted. Any idea what happened lol

I have installed taxanomy manager correctly..when i created a group, then i have written category as ML ,suddenlly it stopped saying "communication between uipath studio and taxonomy manager ended unexpectedly".i am unable to open it again. Then I created new process but when i put category same thing is happening. I created 3 times as a new process. even json file is there in my folder.

Upgrade or downgrade the graphic driver for windows and try again. This issue is very common for graphics driver. It will solve.

hi...You didn't showed the final xlsx file. The problem with using the Append Range is , you won't get the headers. Without the header creating the output wont be nice ..right? ..I would suggest either use Build datatable and use write range OR just use write range & add dataset invoice # as ExtractionDataset.Tables.Item(“Simple Fields”).Rows(0).Item(“Invoice #”).ToString -- something like this..this will create individual output file for each pdf file..

I usually create a logic to verify if file exists in Folder location. So write range is performed if file not exist and then for rest of invoices automatically append range works.

Hi, i followed the process exactly but the ML skill that i created under AI fabric in cloud is not appearing in the studio ML extractor activity, the ML skill is deployed, orchestrator is connected, could you pls suggest what could be missing..

Check in which tenant you deployed AI Fabric model and which tenant is connected to local machine studio. Tenants would be difference hence you would not be able to see it.
