Bro when I was 18 I had this almost the exact setup. 12 years ago. Arrow pipe, polini corsa, ported. Wheelies on every road in Honolulu on my way to work or everywhere. If you saw me, I was wheeling. Got it stolen in 5 minutes at the beach. Makes me nostalgic watching your builds.

Try and find a zx boss so you don’t need to run so much shims to compensate. Also if you can find a sef or daytona2 ramp that would be a major game changer. Keep up the awesome content 🤙
Hi bro nice one, how do you make your belt topping to the end of the variator? I have a problem it does not go to the top and because of that i dont have the top speed potential that this variator has, did you have this problem? I have polini hi speed variator kit, thanks in advance ✌️

So you eneded up using the L shape vs the straight shape on pulley? Ive been testing mine too. But I found using S boss with 3.14 worth of shims fit well on 669-18-30 bando or zx boss with .5 shims for 654-18-40 bando. Haven’t tried the Malossi belt

I ran the boss that came with my polini variator with no shims. fitment was better with a shim or two in but I wanted my starter to work well so I took the shim out. didnt really notice a low end difference

U need a little more belt deflection. The belt should be about a 16th of an in above your secondary

I used a 50cc GY6 boss.
Bro you should get a PGO bigmax or PGO hot 50 it’s 2 stroke, very light so easy wheelie and easy to swap I promise you’l not regret It

Hi MOPBOYZ. I recently bought a 2020 jiajue 49cc challenger scooter. Was wondering if you could give me some tips on what I can do to make it like the scoots you have. Also really love your content! Keep up what your doing
Make it like his in what way? Cosmetics are whatever your mind can think of. Performance wise assuming your bike is a 49cc 4 stroke you can dump probably 6-800 dollars into a really good 80cc/88cc kit and tune it good but you'll never really touch the performance of these Elites/Zumas. Do probably 50-55mph and theyre fun for what they are but wont hold a candle to a 2 stroke
@@mopedmessiah I should’ve been more specific. I meant performance wise. I’m just trying to see what rigs I could possibly use to make it like these one (well close to these ones). And yea it’s a 4 stroke. Guess I’m really asking on what kit I should go for if there’s one in particular
You can't do anything to make it perform like a modified 2 stroke. Sell the 4 stroke and get the right base. The closest u can get is a 150cc 4 stroke, but a modified 2T will still smoke it.
@@RandomClipsForFutureMe ill back up 150s all day. Theyre chinese mostly yea but my taotao 150 with 155 cylinder, cam and stock cvt with a pipe and carb jetting was a good lil bit faster than my old 75cc Elite with everything but a crank. 150s are super easy to work on, the torque is stupid fun and a well tuned one can do 60-65mph and cruise at 45-50. Obviously a Corsa Elite would probably whoop a modded 150 but theyre easy to get into. Whole 171 kit costs maybe 600 bucks with cvt and all and you dont even really need that
@@duggyfresh26 if you want a kit recommendation tho if you really wanna stick with the 49cc and build it, SSPG, Naraku, NCY are probably the 3 best names to stick with
