I’ll be paragraph guy: basically the grandma comes in, pays the fines, but then decides the PARENTS were the cause and takes the daughter to live with her. Th e daughter, who used to call for any problem, cuts all ties thinking the 6k fines were the parents fault, and that’s all that’s really important
